Brigid ✩ | 738 comments @David - Yes, it was mostly the romance stuff that really bothered me. But also (view spoiler). So it was mostly those two things that I didn't like. But I also just didn't feel very connected to any of the characters.

Uh oh, sorry to hear it was disappointing! I haven't read it yet, but I guess I made a good call requesting it from the library instead of buying it. I'm a big Rick Riordan fan but I do kind of wish he'd try something new. :P

Next up I will be starting Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (Harry Potter, #4) by J.K. Rowling , which will be a first time read for me! I'm also reading Timebound (The Chronos Files, #1) by Rysa Walker !

I love the whole Everlost series! So clever and imaginative :)

I bought the first book when it was on sale but I know nothing about it.
