@Daniel that's what I was thinking too :) I read The Darkest Minds when it first came out but feel like I want to re-read it in order to finish the series to refresh my memory. I'm thinking I will read TDM :)

I'm excited to finally get to it, I've only heard good things!

Just finished Drink, Slay, Love by Sarah Beth Durst. It was such a fun read! I truly enjoyed it from start to finish. It's quite the unique book and I loved that about it. Now hopping into Falling Kingdoms by Morgan Rhodes.

Thanks @Victoria :) After being down in bed two days I'm going to try to work today. We will see if I make it all day.

I just finished it - it was great! Well worth the read! :)
@Lauren - Thanks, I think I will check out Vengeance Road then! And I hope you like Stand-Off; I loved it. :)

Just started a re-read of
today! I am re-reading it so I can refresh myself so I can marathon the series! Excited!
Picked up The Young Elites by Marie Lu from the library and I'm 37 pages in. Promising so far, but not hooked yet.
@Catherine I will be reading the Grisha Trilogy after I finish the two series I'm currently reading. I have the whole trilogy on my shelf! I've heard nothing but good things about it! I just decided I've been on such a fantasy binge for so long that I would read The Darkest Minds trilogy as dystopian would be a nice break :)
I read
yesterday and started
today but America is getting on my nerves so I'm taking a break lol. I just started rereading
so I can finally go further into this series :)
Finally picked up
from the library today so I can finish part 2 of this trilogy. Really interested in
as well and I'm only 20 pages in! And still slowly but surely making progress with
.
Okay. Small change of heart. After much encouragement from my IG friends and GR friends I have decided to keep pressing on with The Assassin's Blade. I loved Throne of Glass and Crown of Midnight so I'm kind of disappointed with not liking TAB very well. Two more novellas and then onto Heir of Fire!!!
@Rose I liked the first book in The Darkest Minds trilogy, but couldn't get into Never Fade. Hope it works out for you though!
I finally finished
by Philippa Gregory. It was my least favorite of all Gregory’s Tudor books. Too much theology study and not enough story.
Now I'm reading our Jonathan Maberry's new book
and so happy to be back in his Rot & Ruin!!

Currently I am reading Lord of the Flies for teaching purposes. But I'm supplementing it with Heir of Fire cause LOF can get weeird and boring.

@Karen let me know how you like The Jewel! I'm so on the edge about buying it! I know it's only $1.99 and it sounds good but I'm just not sure :)
Rose, it reminded me of The Handmaid's Tale which is why I thought I'd try it. I'm only on chapter 2. :)

Love the grisha trilogy and can't wait for six of Crows!!! That book is beautiful! I saw it tonight at books a million!!! But I already pre-ordered it. I am trying to get done with flesh and bone and the last book before I start six of crows, but for some reason it's slow going. Not sure y because I love the series. It makes me sad :(
Finished
and absolutely loved it.I didn't know what to expect going into this series. It's not your typical zombie tale, that's for sure.Up next,

Its a collection of short stories of some of things going on behind the scenes during the series from what I've heard :)

I bawled at the end of Dust and Decay too!
Finished
4 stars. Overall, I really enjoyed this fantasy, especially the world that was very rich. I also really liked the "school chums" scenes. Some of those boys were hilarious!
Also finished
4 stars
That was a HUGE cliffhanger!!! AHHHH! I need the next book now! Overall I enjoyed the read. All I can say is, anything can and does happen in this one! And no one is safe.
