I started Armada by Ernest Cline tonight on audio which I'll switch back and forth from audio to my hardcover. It started out great so far. Love love love Wil Wheaton as narrator. I have such a crush on him!! ;)

Harlee | 1583 comments @Skylee I had trouble connecting with the characters in Falling Kingdoms but I did finish it. I still liked it but definitely didn't love it.

Harlee | 1583 comments I'm still reading The Ask and the Answer but randomly decided to start reading The Death Cure. Hoping I'm not too confused because it's been awhile since I read The Scorch Trials!

I finished that one,but did not like it. It is markeded as got for ya readers, and I dont like game game of thrones so it was kinda logical.

Tracy Banghart (tracythewriter) | 13 comments Right now I'm reading The Bitter Kingdom (Fire and Thorns, #3) by Rae Carson and They Call Me Alexandra Gastone by T.A. Maclagan . I tend to read one book in hard copy and one on my iPhone Kindle app and sort of switch back and forth depending on where I am. Both books are drawing me in, but I haven't had much time to read lately. :-/ Was reading back through this thread and it definitely sounds like I need to pick up The Court of Thorns and Roses. I admit, I wasn't a HUGE fan of Throne of Glass, but I liked it enough to read more from the author!

I'm really loving it which is why I'm trying ot to just sit down and read it all in one go. I never enoy books as much if I read them in one sitting. Even if I read them in a few hours but take breaks I get the time to absorb and think and enjoy it more. But i have a hard time pacing when I really love a book.

Caitlin (caitlinsiem) | 409 comments Just finished Alive by Scott Sigler. What an interesting book! They way it builds is fantastic.

Now I'm starting The Darkest Part of the Forest by Holly Black.

Donna (BookDragonGirl) (bookdragongirl) Alive was such a unique reading experience, wasn't it Caitlin?!!

Now I'm reading Jubilee Manor by Bethany Hagen.

Donna (donanicole) | 897 comments I am listening to Alive on Sigler's podcast. It is read by a very good narrator I have heard before but cannot remember her name, so very sorry. Anyway, it is such a great experience to listen to it on his podcast and will continue to do so until it is complete. It is a very exciting story, yes?

I'm trying to remember but I think it was a bit lacking for me as well. It took me awhile to start liking Tella and even longer to start liking Guy lol.

Tommy Hancock (tommyhancock) | 957 comments I finished Rotters by Daniel Kraus last night, and while it sounded kind of interesting, I am surprised at how much I loved it. Very, very good. Most of you folks should read, but fans of The Monstrumologist series absolutely should.

Up next, The Zodiac Legacy Convergence (Zodiac, #1) by Stan Lee , which I just know is superhero related and had Stan Lee's name on the cover.

So started reading The Heretic Queen. At first I thought it was going to be boring u know all those politics and history about ramesses and pharhoes N what not but then it started becoming interesting. Now I'm on a roll... I foresee it getting much better...

Rose (The_Calm_Reader) (roselittlebookowl75) | 1372 comments Just starting Angelfall by Susan Ee! I've been on a total fantasy binge for a long time and was starting to get in a slump due to too much fantasy so I stopped reading the two current books I was on and am picking up this dystopian! I'm hoping my Harry Potter read-a-long will bring me out of my slump; this starts September 1st for anyone who wants to join!

It's great! I know some people didn't enjoy it much but I loved it. I enjoyed the plot more than the prior book.

I am now reading Uprooted by Naomi Novik

It's like the Monstrumologist in /some/ ways. The relationship in it is similar. This one is a lot less horror and a lot more growing up, IMO. I think you'll absolutely love it, though.

I started reading AND listening to Armada by Ernest Cline but think I'll just listen to it. I have a huge crush on Wil Wheaton and love listening to him. I think the book is better on audio.

I'm reading Dark Places by Gillian Flynn on my Nook.

Alison Morquecho (thebookishcamper) | 787 comments Loving flesh and bone! Taking it slowly and I really like doing that with this series. I finished audiobookin divergent and absolutely loved it! And now I'm listening to insurgent. This is the second time reading it. And I absolutely love it. Hating that they didn't stick with this story line for the movie! And I am loving all these people again!!! The first time I read it I hated tris. She annoyed me because I thought she was such a lamo to four, but this go round I don't think it. I guess I'm not all wrapped up in four this time and I am really listening to the book :). It's just amazing!!

The author told me that he enjoyed writing Flesh and Bone (Benny Imura, #3) by Jonathan Maberry the most, Alison, because of Chong. ;)

And I just reread the Divergent trilogy too but in print. Tris annoyed me throughout. I just rewatched the movie Insurgent and I seriously wanted to punch her. Maybe she comes across better in the audios. Ha!

Finished Under Different Stars (Kricket, #1) by Amy A. Bartol and I LOVED it! Can't wait to continue with the series!

Now reading Me and Earl and the Dying Girl by Jesse Andrews and this book is HILARIOUS. Like, snorting out loud kind of funny. Laughing so hard you about pee your pants. Not being able to breathe....you get the idea.
