Finished Magnolia by Kristi Cook and I really loved this book! It was basically the exact opposite of Romeo and Juliet. I loved the southern feel, and the whole hurricane sequence, which was about a third of the book had me hooked! 4 stars.

Also finished The Golden Lily (Bloodlines, #2) by Richelle Mead which I LOVED.

Right now reading The One (The Selection, #3) by Kiera Cass and rereading Siege and Storm (The Grisha, #2) by Leigh Bardugo

Still working on Zero World by Jason M. Hough . It's not grabbed me yet, but it is interesting enough that I want to keep going.

Also reading Mark of the Thief (Mark of the Thief, #1) by Jennifer A. Nielsen and same thing. Could be because I read soooooo much on my vacation that maybe I'm just in a slump.

I just bought Sweet by Emmy Laybourne so think I may switch to that one. ;)

Anyway, putting The Magicians (The Magicians, #1) by Lev Grossman aside and starting The Distant Sound of Violence by Jason Greensides . While I like the premise of The Magician, I'm just finding it a little ho-hum. Maybe I'm not far enough into it.

Like I said, it's because reading is the main thing I do when I'm not writing.

I mean, I do have other interests, but even if I do something else for part of the day, I always read a while every day, and some of the things I like to do can be done while i listen to a book, which gives me extra reading time.

I finished my reread of Siege and Storm (The Grisha, #2) by Leigh Bardugo so good! I forgot how mad I got at Mal in this though.

Also finished The One (The Selection, #3) by Kiera Cass and enjoyed it mostly. America is just so...stupid, and very self-involved, and I never did really like her. She had her moments I liked I guess. Loved Maxon all the way through, and honestly, I felt really bad for him. So much drama. The ending seemed a little too easy as well. But I enjoyed the read, and will probably read The Heir, just to find out what happens in this world next.

Now rereading Angel Evolution (The Evolution Trilogy, #1) by David Estes and reading Under Different Stars (Kricket, #1) by Amy A. Bartol

Donna (BookDragonGirl) (bookdragongirl) I just started Alive (The Generations Trilogy, #1) by Scott Sigler
I finished A Court of Thorns and Roses (A Court of Thorns and Roses, #1) by Sarah J. Maas last night and loved it!! It has to be one of the best books I've read in a long time!!!

LOVED Sweet! And the Sun Dwellers, although I haven't gotten to it on audio yet.

I am listening to [bookcover:Gilded|16173250] right now, and I had the most frustrating thing happen with my Audible app on my iPhone. It updated, but all I could get with it was a blank screen. So I deleted the app, redownloaded it...and it wouldn't let me sign in!! UGH. After going back and forth with cust serv, finally got it to work today! So now I can finally finish Gilded and get to The Sun Dwellers!

Technology HATES me.
