I'm not saying the series is bad, but I'm just currently not happy with how it's going. I'm still very likely to read the next book and I hope it starts going a bit better soon. :)

Now reading The Golden Lily (Bloodlines, #2) by Richelle Mead and loving it, and probably starting Magnolia by Kristi Cook after that. Listening to Gilded (Gilded, #1) by Christina Farley , which I'm liking so far.

Karen, you should also read Vigilante A Guard's Tale from Ana's Perspective (Guards of the Shadowlands, #2.5) by Sarah Fine before you read Chaos. Its a very important event that happens from Ana's perspective.

I have a feeling I may as well. I love me some scifi, and that is definitely sated here. The characters are cool too, and the romance, while maybe a bit abrupt, didn't bother me either.

The next 2 books are in my next library pick up :)

I ALMOST bought that last weekend, but didn't because, as cool as it looked, didn't need a graphic retelling of a movie I own. Now that you've said that isn't what it is, I just may pick it up.

Go for it. The story's a lot different. I don't think there's a scene in there that's actually out of the film.
