I'm reading the knife of never letting go. I'm afraid to finish it before books two and three come. I had to order them online when I got about 1/2 way through the first.

Soooo soooo happy others are still discovering Chaos Walking!!

Seriously, Heidi!
I even wrote down the name of The Knife of Never Letting Go for my hair stylist last week when she asked for a book recommendation. ;) And one of my employees is reading my copy right now. That makes me soooo happy!!

and
I plan on finishing the latter tomorrow :)
Picked up
last night, 20 pages in and I'm already hooked. And I started
the other day, HOLY CRAP. Trying to take my time and savor it since it's the final book (it also helps that I'm waiting until tmrw to pick it back up so I can BR with a friend) but eeeeeeesh. And I'm supposed to start
for a BR tonight too.
My friend picked this for me since I couldn't decide what to read next. Then she picked for after that:
And
ok after reading how much everyone loves
i'm starting it right after i finish
which will be in like a couple of hours

I recently read:
I also listened to the audio versions of two books I've read the eBook versions of before, but got free copies of the audible versions of in exchange for doing reviews. I've done the review for one, and will do the other review in a few minutes. Anyway, those books were:
Now I'm reading...
...Because it's the group read on another group I'm on, and since it was one I keep meaning to read, I figured I'd actually participate in the group read for a change.

Yeah, 2 and 3 were really crazy. Pretty much loved it. Jace..:)

It's crazy that TKONLG was my least favorite book in the trilogy, considering it was an easy 5-star for me.

I liked it a lot Irene! I already finished it :) A very fun little story, great beach read (or pool read) with just enough depth to make it interesting!

Currently a little over halfway done with:
Not super into it, honestly. It's kind of addicting but not very original. :-/
@Jenny I'm glad you liked it, so did I :)@Kaylani Yay for finding your Kindle!
I have odd tastes in books. I really didn't like Jellicoe Road nor The Knife of Never Letting Go. I also disliked Fangirl which most people love, but Eleanor & Park is a personal favorite!
I finally finished
which was pretty good, but also very confusing at times. Now I'm reading

Oh no! That one is on my very short TBR list :/

I didn't like it very much either! The problem was I had started it after finishing Ruin and Rising and some of the elements in Red Queen were very similar. It was also similar to The Selection and other books. Had I not read all those books before reading it I probably would have liked it. However, the twist at the end might be enough to get me to read the sequel.
David wrote: "I am loving
and plan to go straight into the third book after I finish! GREAT series :)"That's one of my favourite trilogies of all time! Plus the audio books are fab because they are narrated by Alan Cumming!
I finished The 5th Wave last night and now I'm not sure what I'm going to read next. I have a whole pile on my shelf.

plus I recently got the second book as well.
which I should have read awhile ago, but I know there's going to be lots of feelings.
some iffy reviews but sounds good.
not sure about this one, so much hype.
and this isn't my normal kind of read but sounds good.

Well I really liked Throne of Glass and recently picked up Crown of Midnight so Assassin's Blade is probably the one I would go with. I've heard An Ember in the Ashes is good too and would be an interesting read to see if it lived up to the hype.
Since my last post I've read
&
I Both are set in the Bone universe and very good, but for very different reasons. Now to really start
I finished The Knife of Never Letting Go just a few minutes ago and OH MY GOD. I need the next book nownowNOW.
Harlee wrote: "I finished The Knife of Never Letting Go just a few minutes ago and OH MY GOD. I need the next book nownowNOW."Yay!
@David - Hopefully you will like Red Queen more than I do! I know a bunch of people who really loved it, which is why I picked it up in the first place. :D Also AHHH Leviathan is one of my favorite series in the world! I've been meaning to re-read those. They're so much fun, and the illustrations are gorgeous.@Catherine - omg yes, I totally agree! It reminds me sooo much of Shadow and Bone. Like ... it literally has the same exact plot. o_o And unfortunately both books have a bunch of things that irk me (i.e. a lot of fantasy clichés and lots of girl-on-girl hate *sigh*). I have heard the ending is interesting though, so I'm at least going to finish it.
@Skylee - The only one of those that I've read is The Witch Hunter, and I liked it. It's not super amazing/memorable, but I enjoyed it from what I remember.
@Harlee - YESSS so glad you liked it! :D Amazing amazing series. <3 And you have a lot to look forward to––the second and third books are just as intense as the first one!
@Brigid I am DYING. I have the third book already because I got a great deal on it (FIVE DOLLARS) but I'm hoping to find the second one on Friday. *fingers crossed*
Harlee wrote: "@Brigid I am DYING. I have the third book already because I got a great deal on it (FIVE DOLLARS) but I'm hoping to find the second one on Friday. *fingers crossed*"Oh, I didn't love the first book, but I thought the second and third books were INSANELY good. A roller coaster of emotions. You're in for a ride.
I also thought Red Queen was similar to Shadow and Bone! I gave it five stars but the more I think about it, I might lower it to four and a half or four. I really, REALLY liked it. I liked the Silver's powers (and want them for myself XD) and the end is really good. I'm just super picky on which books I say I "loved" lol
@Daniel Really?? Now I am REALLY looking forward to the next two! I'm sitting here trying to think of what I want to say in my review and I can't say why I loved it so much, I just do lol!
Harlee wrote: "@Daniel Really?? Now I am REALLY looking forward to the next two! I'm sitting here trying to think of what I want to say in my review and I can't say why I loved it so much, I just do lol!"Right from the start of the second book there's plot twists EVERYWHERE and no break in the action. The last two books are incredibly enjoyable, so I'm very excited for you!
