Depending on how soonish you'd like to read it, I'd buddy read if you wanted to! :)
I hope you enjoy it Alexa! I liked it a lot.I started
today. I love this world and its characters so much.
Just finished
The Knights of the Cold War and the Road to Bin Laden it was spectacular! Started
Spanners: The Fountain of Youth this morning and it is very interesting so far.
Just finished reading Cress last night! Loved it so much! Changed my mind about my next read haha! Now starting a buddy read of An Ember In The Ashes with one of my bookstagram besties Brooke! So excited to start this and the book cover is gorgeous!
Heidi (Yup. Still here.) wrote: "Cress was fantastic! So happy when others think so too."Oh yeah. I loved that whole series. When I first saw Cinder and read the blurb I thought it sounded kind of lame and didn't think I would like it, but then everyone on Goodreads was raving about it so I gave it a try and was instantly hooked. That's what I love about Goodreads, you get so many good ideas about what to read here.
@Teresa I thought the same thing when I read the synopsis on Cinder but everyone was raving about it so I read it and loved it!!! Cress is by far my favorite! Can't wait for Winter!!!
Just finished The Ghost Network by Catie Disabato. Next up I'm starting We All Looked Up by Tommy Wallach.
Just finished lola and the boy next door!!! Loved loved loved it. Now debating on whether to listen to isla and the happily ever after or read rot and ruin.... Such a hard decision

Wow, Alison. And 2 completely different books. It all depends on your mood! :)

Well I have a ton of diy projects I want to do this week so looks like I'll be doing some audiobookin.
is taking longer than I'd expected, although I only read it before I go to bed-- I'm not a fan of Alyssa, she's annoying. Otherwise I'm liking it!
was a fantastic book, I can't wait to read more of Stephanie Thornton's work!
is interesting so far but mildly so, and very slow. Thank god for Simon Vance's audio <3
I loved the opening but I feel like this has gone downhill-- the writing style is clunky and full of sentence fragments, and I can't get a good picture of any of the characters except Yelena. I like her very much but the story itself feels predictable and overly drawn-out.
@Ashley - I wasn't too fond of Poison Study either. The writing style was rather clumsy. I ended up giving it 3/5 stars.

series. All of the books were so good. They can be a bit on the slow side and pretty violent too, but hang in there.
I just finished a reread of HP and the Goblet of Fire while watching the movie! lol U know u r a true fan when......I remember introducing this series to my book club held at a small public library and the resistance I encountered there. The HP world has been with me thru some very trying times. It is like a friend whise world I get to visit.

WHILE watching the movie?!! That's awesome! I've done rereads of each book watching the corresponding movie immediately after. I did a book and a movie each weekend for 7 weeks. That was fabulous!

I set
aside. I didn't dislike it, but I wasn't pulled in. Might give it another chance eventually. Now I'm reading
!

!"I'm making it a point to finish
tonight after my NBA finals game ends. I have about 150-160 pages left. It's. So. Good so far.Loved CotW btw.
The density and vocabulary is a bit rough on my brain, but I love being back with Will and Dr. Warthrop!
Harlee wrote: "The density and vocabulary is a bit rough on my brain, but I love being back with Will and Dr. Warthrop!"To me, while it does stay high vocab and density, it seems like Yancey is kind of putting the display of his writing chops on the back burner to really delve into characters more as the series goes on.
I liked Wendigo WAY more than Monstrumologist and so far liking Isle of Blood even more.
Just finished We All Looked Up by Tommy Wallach. Fantastic book. Sucked me right in. And the author (also a singer/songwriter) wrote an album for the book too which is as beautiful as the book. I highly recommend checking it out. Getting ready to start Crown Of Midnight by Sarah J Maas.

That's awesome!
I've done movie marathons, and book marathons, but never thought of doing them side by side... Might have to do that next time I'm in a Potter mood!
I've just started This House is Haunted. It's been a while since I read a Victorian-style ghost story. Looking forward to getting the creeps tonight!
In this past week, I read:
(which I had an ARC of)
Late last night/early this morning (whichever you'd call it when it's about 1:00 am) I started reading:
I stopped at the library yesterday and picked up
,
&
.I immediately started Shadows & Book of Life! I am obsessed with the JR Ward Series!
