David if you want my opinion, she did an excellent job narrating Gone Girl! Her and Kirby (the male voice) were perfect IMO.

So good to hear. That book climbed up my TBR pretty quickly. I might get it next time I'm ready to start a series.

Tommy Hancock (tommyhancock) | 957 comments I finished reading The Blade of Shattered Hope (The 13th Reality, #3) by James Dashner last night and am still enjoying the series a lot. One more book left.

I started Theodosia and the Staff of Osiris (Theodosia Throckmorton, #2) by R.L. LaFevers this morning. I liked the first book, but really debated whether or not I'd keep reading the series. A couple chapters in and I'm already glad I did. Instantly liked it better than book 1.

I finished In the After (In the After, #1) by Demitria Lunetta and it was really good! Although I had guessed one of the big twists already. But still really awesome read! I can't wait to read the sequel.

I honestly read slower now than I used to. I find that if I stretch a novel out to a few days, even a week, I enjoy it more. I don't know why, but that's the case for me.
I used to be a book every day or two type of guy also.

I do that more with bigger books, or adult reads. I very rarely read an adult novel in one day, or even two. Nonfiction is another one that I read slower. But YA usually is so engaging, and they are easy to blow through quickly, at least for me :)
