Oh yes, I predicted the cliffhanger for sure. But I love love love Oliver's writing (I've read all the books she's written).

True. That must be why I didn't roll my eyes through half of it like I do with a lot of YA paranormal books.

Of all of them, that one made me cry the most!

About half-way done with both. Being sick is providing me with lots of time to read as I've no energy to focus on anything else.
After only 2 hours sleep the other night, yesterday was not a good reading day for me! I just couldn't focus my brain! I did read 100 pages of
for a reread!

I'm 30% in to Prodigy, not quite as good as Legend so far but the action is just ramping up so that might be about to change!

Easy is a good read. One of my favorite New Adult contemporary romance. :)

Both so great!

I tried to read the book and just could not get into it myself. But, hopefully, if you try it again, you will be able to finish it. :-)

I totally took up kickboxing b/c of that book!!

I'm not quite sure I can comprehend how an audio version could do the strikeouts?! :-O

I'd have to wait till about next week to find out what we're reading next for English... :p

Now reading:

Started Venom last year. Can't get to finish it till now.

Slow and boring. That's why I decided to put it down for now.

To the ones that hate these books: Shut up, don't you dare judging me. A girl has the right to have a guilty pleasure.
It's better than Twilight. Why would you choose an annoying, stupid girl and a boring, stiff and controlling wannabe vampire over Christian Grey. I mean, seriously. xD

Bieke, we are all entitled to our opinion and to what we like or dislike. Whether it's Twilight or 50 shades...Or any other book. There are books I see people have loved and that I strongly disliked or flat out hated! I've just learned to agree to disagree and move on...And there are a lot of people who loved 50 Shades...Just maybe not the people you talk to didnt like the book.

She'd say a sentence, then you'd hear a scratching noise (like a pen on paper) and then she'd continue. The problem was, after looking at the sample, I couldn't tell if she was striking out one word, one sentence, or more!

I know, same here, but I often see people reading books although they know they don't like it, just to write a negative review on it. And some people actually judge people by the books they like. xD I just said that as a joke lol. I like (a lot, but not love) the Twilight books and others that some people really hate (like the House of Night series, those are my favorite lol). Too bad they don't like them, but I can't change someones opinion. :)

I read FSoG and didn't like it. But I didn't read it just to shoot it down. I think it'd be much more unfair to rate it 1-star/badmouth it *without* having read it first. (TBH, I suspected I wouldn't like it. But I still wanted to give it a chance no matter what. I did the same with Twilight, Uglies, and some others.)
