I've read that one a while back, too, and liked it. I don't think I've seen the movie, but there was one.

Victoria Zigler (toriz) | 4472 comments There was a point during last year when my to-read list was down below 2000. However, despite my having read about 25 books since then, it's somehow back up over 2100 again... *sigh*

So many awesome books, so few hours in the day!

message 10727: by Storm (new)

Storm Arashi (stormarashi) | 1130 comments Karen - Bump it to the top. XD It's that good!

Victoria - I had it narrowed to 99.... Then it jumped up. I just decided screw it. It gets longer it makes it easier for me to pick what I wanna read next.

That's hilarious!! Ok, I'm not quite as bad. I keep my TBR list below 100. I get too panicked if it's over that. But for every couple of books that I read, I seem to add 3 more.

Mine is like yours, Victoria, absolutely ridiculous!!

I know I probably won't read all the books on my TBR in my lifetime (cuz I keep adding more!) but its a way for me to mark the books that look interesting, then I go from there.

message 10733: by Victoria (new)

Victoria Zigler (toriz) | 4472 comments Storm: Good point... At least there's plenty to pick from!

Karen: I can't keep mine even below 2000 by the look of it, so 100 isn't gonna happen any time soon! Although, at least close to half the books on my to-read list I do actually have ebook copies of, so that half of the stack can be justified by the fact they really are waiting for me to read them as soon as I can. When I'll get them all read I don't know, but at least I can honestly say I'm not short of reading materials, LOL! And that's my problem too... For every book I read, I swear I end up adding two new ones I want to read! Like I said, so many good books... *sigh* Sometimes I wish I had a time turner, just so I could have some extra reading hours in my day!

Jenny: That's why my list is so long; I just add any that look interesting. If I could stop adding books then I'd have a chance of getting them all read in my lifetime (probably take me about 10 years, I'd think) but authors keep writing awesome books, so I keep wanting to read them and adding them to my to-read list.

Victoria Zigler (toriz) | 4472 comments Finnished the Anne Hawksmoor books, now reading The Alien Chronicles, which I was given an advanced copy of in exchange for a review (I think the official release date is tomorrow, so I'm reading it today in hopes of finishing it either late tonight or some time tomorrow and being able to write my review as it's released).
