I liked all three, but the last two didn't hold the same magic as the first one. They were enjoyable, and I'm glad I read them and saw where the story went, but the first one stands apart for me.

I finished and really enjoyed it!

Now reading which I was really looking forward to, but am not enjoying as much as I hoped. The writing is less than stellar IMO.

The Maze Runner series was good, but it did get steadily worse over the three books IMO.

Now I'm reading The Awakening by Kate Chopin for school.........ughhhh It literally says on the back it's about marital infidelity and a girl's sexual awakening. WHY IS THIS CONSIDERED CLASSIC

That's one of my least favorite books I had to read for class. I read it my first semester of college and my professor went on and on about how important it was but I hated the main character and I felt like the book was sending really mixed messages.

Nice! I'm really looking forward to it :). I think I lagged on checking it out because of what kind of book I assumed it would be. I'm hoping the relearn that lesson about books and covers haha.

Yep, I'm with you. I loved the first book was a little let down by the sequels :(

Finished ! This was an INCREDIBLE ending to an AWESOME series, so satisfied!!

Now starting . I'm trying to keep my expectations low based on the reviews and the sequel, which wasn't nearly as good as the first book. But I'm still excited!

I just read and it was fantastic!

I guess you could say this is a pre-quell to which I had read last year. Even though I had read this book first, I was on the edge of my seat reading

I think these books are considered YA. Also apocalypse and dystopian if you area fan of the genre then these are worth checking out!

David, this is Holly, a really good "art friend" from the UK :) We each made a background piece, then swapped them by mail, and each going to finish the other's art piece!

Reading Call the Shots, the final book in the Swim the Fly series by Don Calame.
Hardly anyone knows about this series, but if you are a guy looking for a light and hilarious read, I highly recommend this series. It won't let you down.

Ron's my favorite, but I love Hermione, too. Their growth from book to book is phenomenal :)
