I know I'm gonna bawl.my eyes out like a baby at the movies lol I almost don't want to go lol"I am currently reading it and I am on chapter 10! I have only been reading this book today and I would love it if I was able to finish it tonight!
Jenny you have got me curious about
So I've downloaded to my reader. It sounds interesting, and I love a surprise ending. And I guess Im gonna check out TFIOS....so many people in this group is saying how amazing it is. My girlfriend read and said it was really good. However, she and I read such totally different genre's, so I didn't even think to pick it up. But since everyone loves it here I decided to get it myself.

I only made it through 2 chapters into
. I'm so disappointed, too, because of all of the Austen retellings this one could have been the most fun in a present day YA context.
I'm just starting
. I've been wanting to read it for awhile now - Minority Report and The Scarlet Letter sounds like a pretty interesting combination to me! I don't know if any one else participates in checking out surprise wrapped books at the library, but this time around I randomly chose this one! What good luck! :)
Finished reading
and loved them all. Really good reads. I especially LOVED Under Different Stars and can't wait for book 2 next year! Now reading
and

Jenny have you read E. Lockhart's
other series The Boyfriend List: 15 Guys, 11 Shrink Appointments, 4 Ceramic Frogs and Me, Ruby Oliver? Gah! I love it!
No I haven't read anything by E. Lockhart other than We Were Liars. I'm going to check out some of her books, though! Maybe next time I'm in the library I'll see if they have that one. She is a really good writer!

I read the first book in that series, want to read the rest. I liked that first book pretty good.

I just finished
I didn't love the series, but it was an enjoyable read. Now I'm torn between reading
and
I really enjoyed the first book of each of those series.OOOOR, I may start rereading the Harry Potter series. That's been on the to-do-list for a while.
Decisions, decisions...
haha Tommy I had that same problem the other day but I just finished TFIOS and I am currently reading Unravel Me and I am loving it so far!
Heather wrote: "haha Tommy I had that same problem the other day but I just finished TFIOS and I am currently reading Unravel Me and I am loving it so far!"The Shatter Me series is one that I've kind of written off, but since have heard all kinds of good things about it and am reconsidering it. I did the same with Under the Never Sky and ended up loving it haha.
I just finished reading Amongst The Ruins and im mad! this book is long, and it had its snore moments, but overall pretty decent. I rarely read reviews as most reviewers give a more detailed synopsis of the book which in that case its like why read it anyway......BUT....if I had I wouldve read that the publishers are being difficult and there might not be a book 2. the author left the book wide open, tying up no loose endings in prep for the second book, its like a cliffhanger. now I have stories and characters stuck in my head that I want to know what happens, and oh sorry no book for you.....grrrrr, sorry had to vent...blah! I need to read some books that aren't trilogies for a bit maybe lol
I've finished Embers & Ice - Isabella Modra. I'm reading The Billion Dollar Bachelor - Jackie Ashenden.
Hey Jenny finished reading We Are Liars. The beginning was a bit confusing, as there were so many characters right from the beginning. But I got thru it and then it was like ok hmmm, this is good. lol its a quick read for sure. some part of the end I kinda guessed, but not how it all came about. cried like a little girl. thanks for suggesting it :)
You're welcome, Cindee!! I'm glad you enjoyed it! Its definitely different, but the writing is soooo good!
yeah I agree the writing was different, I love the metaphors for her cries, she was bleeding, I had to keep looking back thinking did she try to commit suicide and I missed it lol. I love books with suprise endings they are few and far between, the only one that sticks out is My sisters keeper. do you know any other good books with suprise endings.....that should totally be a thread! lol
Ooooo
!! I totally did not see the twist coming, and I should have!! You can buy it on monday :D
Oh I KNOW I KNOW!!! ONe of the best twists ever was in
