Donna (donanicole) | 897 comments I just finished Fugitives from Northwoods by Chris Bostic and now reading The Island (Colony Z, #1) by Luke Shephard .

Hey, guys, just have to say:
My team, the Seattle Seahawks, won the Super Bowl last night and I am so very happy after so many years supporting them and so many years of being doubted and underestimated. I used to have Seahawk football parties at my house in the 80s and my kids invited their friends. We 12 Man Fans are extremely loud and proud this morning. Yes, I am a female who LOVES football!!

Sorry Heidi, we are definitely aware of the PMs and try to limit them as much as we can, I think this week is an exception (at least I hope!). In any case, we'll put our heads together and come up with a better way to manage them, possibly combining them wherever possible. Thanks for the suggestion and never feel like you can't tell us something as we want to make the group better in all areas!

I'm enjoying it so far too! I've only read about half so far, but it's good. I would never have guessed that Rowling wrote it though - the style is so different from Harry Potter. It is very British though haha

Yeah very different but that is what makes someone a good author if you ask me - that they can switch genres and still be good.

You're most welcome and I understand and have also received this feedback before. Some of the messages are auto-generated by Goodreads (like notifications about events starting or books the group is about to read), so those are out of our control. The other ones, however, we want to do a better job of consolidating where possible. So that's our goal! In any case, we want to make sure all you awesome members are aware of all the fun stuff we've got going on, so we'll keep doing our best to get the word out :) Thanks again for the feedback!
