What are you reading right now?

Sounds great! The rest of us should definitely do a buddy read!

series too. It does get kind of crazy by Goddess, but there is a good resolution and a happy ending.
I'm committed to working my way thru my purchased-but-not-read-yet print books. Last night I started and finished
which was pretty good. I have the sequel from the library but not sure I want to read it just yet - I have others I'm more interested in. Also started
last night on audio, which should be a quick read, and I'm about halfway thru
which I am really enjoying. I try to always have an audio, a print, and an e-book going at once. You'd think it would get confusing, but I do try and mix the genres so I don't get confused.

You absolutely MUST read Crewel. It has this fantastic premise - women who weave matter out of time. Plus there's political intrigue, a romance (sort of a love triangle but not an annoying one), surprises, and a cool ending. And fortunately, the 2nd book Altered is already out.
It's complicated enough that I want to re-read it, since I read it early last year. I have a buddy read of Incarnate starting Sunday - but I can do Innocence now (Karen) and then Crewel when everyone is ready.
was brilliant! If you like The Road by Cormac McCarthy or the movie Beasts of the Southern Wild, you should definitely check out Rivers!Moving on to
!

I'm reading
right now, and I have to read
for a book club - not exactly light reading! I've never read a Haruki Murakami book so I feel like I'm going to be super confused...

Just finished
and it was good! I was glued to it from being to end! Very mature content FYI! But an amazing suspense and mystery, with, unfortunately, a big cliffhanger! Now got to find out when the sequel comes out!

It's really good so far, definitely an interesting concept!
I've read The Testing, and it was just all right for me. Not bad, just not something I was jumping up and down for. I do have the prequel, picked it up free on Kindle. I'm waiting for my library to get Independent Study, I don't really want to buy it.
(the final book) comes out in June, so at least its not a long wait between sequels!

I quit The Testing - I just wasn't into it. I do really love her cozy mystery series though so am still a fan!
David wrote: "LOL I've got The Testing ready to read on my Kindle, hopefully I'll enjoy it as much as Shauna!"
I hope you enjoy it, too, David! The ending was good, and had great promise for the sequel, so I do want to try to keep reading the series!
