Sam Claflin as Finnick?!?!?!

So there's been rumors going round saying Finnick has been cast as Sam Claflin. Do you think he would be good at playing Finnick? Do you believe this is true?
I hope it is because I completely forgot about him and now I'm all 'OH YEAH! HE NEEDS TO PLAY FINNICK!' So if he doesn't I hate who started this rumor. Oh and I'm not trying to spread this rumor I just wanted to know what yous thought :)

I saw him in Snow White and The Huntsman and I kinda considered him playing Finnick. I was like,"Hmm...I think this guy would be a good fit for Finnick." Well, literally, I really thought that, though he's not one of the actors I really dreamt of playing Finnick. So yeah, when I heard the news, I was astounded at first, like, "did Lionsgate heard what I was thinking at that time?" Haha. But I'm so happy for the casting. Great job.

I don't know, I just can't imagine him as Finnick. Maybe it's because Garrett Hedlund has always been my Finnick. He's perfect for it in so many ways...
But Lionsgates did a PERFECT job on the casting, and I trust them with all of my heart they will pick the perfect Finnick.

i saw that he was up for the role too. But i was not happy, he is not the "extraordinary beauty" or "one of the most stunning, sensuous people on the planet" Suzanne Collins describes Finnick as. Sam is ordinary, nothing extra about him.
