My brother cooks from that one a lot. The recipes are a little bit "advanced" but the food is always amazing. Even has vegan ice cream recipes!

I love cookbooks like that, where every recipe is a winner. I'm curious about that brunch one! Gonna have to go take a looksee...

I still seem to use The Compassionate Cook: Please Don't Eat the Animals cookbook more than most other books. It's falling apart, pages all out of order, but so many good recipes.
