For me it would be what to do with my remaining years. I know I shouldn't ask this as I'm only 43 but I worry about leaving my mark a lot, something important that people will remember me for. That's why I'm here, in Goodreads, I s'pose, cos I wanna make some sort of mark and that way people will say I haven't wasted my time on earth. Anyone have that feeling? I do.

I totally get about making a mark! But my thing is that no matter where you make a mark, someday it's going to get erased, nothing's permanent. Either you get erased from people's memories, or from the database, or wherever, but I think the best thing would be to make a mark on the 'now' and not worry so much if that mark stains or not.
