I use to! I was a nurse. TPBM sneezes into their elbow instead of their hand (when they have to sneeze). [Personally, I can't get use to doing this; however, it is recommended.]
I have long arms, so that would be highly awkward, imagine doing that on the tube lol! Probably wack someone in the face ohh hehe, I just sneezed and tried to sneeze into my elbow, I wasn't fast enough :(
