Jane- What exactly is a vegemite sandwich? I heard that word for the first time yesterday when I was reading Tomorrow, When the War Began. I asked my husband and he said the he didn't know but it was in a Men at Work song. I guess I'm just not on top of Australian slang.

The person below me thinks zombies are the creepiest monsters out there.

haha... it's not slang. Vegemite is an Australian made spread. And it's black. Here, behold the beautiful Vegemite home page: http://www.vegemite.com.au/vegemite/p...

PS: i can't believe you're sick!

@Laura - vegemite (similar to Marmite and Promite if you have ever heard of them) is a salty yeast spread. I have it most days, but only spread in random very thin blotches on a piece of toast - an acquired taste that nearly every Australian grows up with - but clearly not to everyone's taste! - Is Mee ...Kissa ;) Great hang-over food when I was younger!
TPBM is going away for the weekend.

Is it normal for an Epidural to hurt like that and for that long ?"
You know, I don't think so. I had the epidural in for at least 18 hours... which I'm guessing is why it hurt so bad after.. The spinal block (the 2nd time around) was not as bad, but still hurt. BUT totally worth it =)
