I spent some time backpacking on the Appalachian Trail when I graduated high school. I walked nearly 580 miles in just under six weeks. One of the things I learned is that EVERYWHERE is within walking distance if you have the time. So the short answer is yep.

That depends on what you call being bitten. If you are talking about where a dog comes and attacks me and draws blood, no. If you are talking about where a dog snaps at me and draws blood or the dog draws blood while playing, the sure.
