does anyone know, firsthand, how much it matters whether a newly released book is in the first page or two of the new releases under its respective categories versus buried somewhere in the back of the list (at least with the default sorting by popularity). While it is obvious that the more prominent the book, the better it is, I wonder how important exactly it is.
