The publisher it was originally issued through (Carina Press) has gone out of business - but like Renee said - bookstrand has it - if you buy the mobipocket format that is the same as kindle format and IIRC you can set up Bookstrand to send directly to your kindle - http://www.bookstrand.com/cardinals-rule

ETA - she is now a siren exclusive author - so bookstrand has all of her books - and there is often a delay between when they release stuff and when Amazon gets it
