What do you think of that book? I read one book of hers and never read any other. Of course, I should know that every author has books that aren't that great. Just most of them are good.

I agree....there was one book she wrote that I really disliked - Stay a little longer - the book just didn't gel with me. The unfortunate thing was that I actually bought it. Otherwise her books are cool! I always picture her as this little old lady who makes up these stories from her youthful days. Never wanted to spoil that illusion by checking out her bio though.

I read Dorothy Garlock in the '70's.

i got the first book in the black dagger series Ive heard so many good things about them

I really liked it. As soon as I finished the book I went straight to the second one.

I am starting The Longest Ride . A librarian friend suggested it, and from the very first chapter I was hooked. It is way different from the books I normally read.

I am reading my way through Suzanne Brockmann's Troubleshooter series. I am up to number 11, Force of Nature No SEAL's in this one.

I just finished The 'Burg series by Kristen Ashley. very differnt from what I'm used to reading but I have to confess I enjoyed every book.

Its a personal favorite of mine, but I actually enjoy most of Cindy Gerard's books.

I am starting book three, Lucky Break, by Carly Phillips I really liked the first two books. Funny, with a little (very little) suspense, romances.

I just finished Trouble in Mudbug by Jana Deleon. It was a fun romance with a good mystery. I also read Next of Kin by Sharon Sala, a good by the formula romantic suspense. Now, for my historical romance fix, I am reading The Bride's Necklace by Kat Martin (I love Kat Martin)

I'm reading Annie's Song by Catherine Anderson. The story of Annie is so sad, and Alex is one of the best beta heroes in romance novels.

The first half is really sad but the development of Alex and Annie's relationship is very sweet. I'm two third through and so far it is a four and half stars read for me.

This is my favourite book from SEP. It is such an intense and emotioal book; I just want to hug Chip. I still cry everytime I reread the book.

Oh I do too. Since I am at my mom's house I haven't been able to read as much as I want. She really gets mad at me. What a Pain, LOL. Oh well, she is 86 so I really have to give her the attention she deserves. Anyway, I am at the part where Edward/Chip finds them in bed. It brings back memories when my son found my husband and I having sex. My husband said, "Mommy's belly was hurting, so I was rubbing it for her." kids are so gullible (Thank God)
