I thought it had already been started, but I looked through all the discussion topics and realized that G+ profiles were being shared on specific threads for local hangouts and such. I interact more on G+ than twitter, so this right up my alley. I had started one anyway.

Instructions for those of us late to the G+ party would be really helpful. :)I have only managed to add Mel and that took a lot of my brain power. And i have no idea how to view ppls circles. :(
I'm in: EDITED: Um, er, I WAS in but I use Digsby for my chat client and it blew up with all these new, awesome folks that were unfortunately not work related, so I had to remove the nifty Book Club circle I created and all the people I had added to that circle. I will however continue to follow all the wacky VF hijinks online and add my two cents in when its completely uncalled for.
@Lisa: give me a day or two. I'm at a conference, so my time on the internet is limited until Thursday. I am planning to share the circle with everything. possibly just to the VFH page Felicia was talking about, so they can share the circle. also I'll send you some links to G+ help. essentially, the circle had to be shared with you in order for you to see the profiles in the group. I'll do that on Thursday when I'm back home. if you have specific questions, feel free to leave them on my page and I'll help if I can!

I think once someone follows the page you can add them to a circle, but I've never seen the admin side of a page, so I'm not sure!

Oh and the most efficient way to manage a circle would be for people to be able to add/remove themselves, but of course, G+ doesn't have that functionality. And a page can only add those who have already added it.So for now, the best thing is for all those who are interested to go add the page, and then for an admin to add those people to a circle as that happens.
Of course, once a circle is shared, it's shared as the current configuration at that moment, so if someone new is added 5 minutes later, the post with the share won't reflect that. So it would ideally need to be posted with consistent frequency, ie once a week, with the new folks added.
You could establish a policy that there's a circle only of folks who list themselves on this thread, or who have Goodreads profiles, or something, and a separate one of just All Followers. That'd be up to you and your management team.

I know in other forum threads, members having been sharing their Google+ profiles with locals folks or for additional hangouts. I thought it would be nice to have a thread devoted just to sharing Google+ profiles for a share-able circle. I am willing to add the interested members and share the circle.
