Hi YzI looked at your Bookshelfs, then I visited Gnod Literature Map, an interesting website that clusters similar authors. I played a little with some of the authors to which you gave high ratings.
So I am recommending You Slay Me (Aisling Grey, Guardian) by Katie MacAlister to Yz.
(For a second option I recommend you read Kiss of a Demon King by Kresley Cole.)
For Melissa,Browsing your shelves it looks like you enjoy a paranormal with a healthy dose of romance and action, I'm recommending Pleasure Unbound by Larissa Ione. It's about a smexy incubus doctor and the fierce woman who's been the cause of the sudden rise in patients at Underworld General, the hospital he built along with his similarly smexy brothers for a special clientele (demons), LOL. If you prefer a book available at your library, let me know, and I can find another for you. :)
Hey Sara....
So i figured i would chose a book i have read before and really liked.. i hope u like the book i picked for u. i did put a lot of thought into it. i looked over ur books and hoped i made the right chose for u. :)
Full Moon Rising Riley Jenson Guardian Series Book 1 by Keri Arthur
Its the first in the book series, based in Australia its Supernatural meets sexy romance, it has Were's and Vampires..
let me know what u think of it.. :D

Hi de hi Tricia! My apologies for late notification - I'm having a D'OH moment. The book I've chosen for you is Dreamwalker by Kathleen Dante.
No worries Tosca :D It was just done this evening so will be a couple days til everyone sees it :DI cant wait to read the book :D
Lara,I see you have read a lot of Lora Leigh and Lori Foster. I really enjoy them as well. I noted that you haven't tried Leigh's Breed series or Foster's Visitation series. Which are both great!
Since you have not read Kresley Cole, I am choosing "If You Dare"(MacCarrick Brothers Book #1)by Kresley Cole. Her Immortals After Dark is really good. I just wasn't sure how easy it is to get book #1.
I hope you enjoy reading her books!!
Melissa, Excellent choice. I have been thinking of trying one of her books. I hear her mentioned a lot here on Goodreads,(Laurell K. Hamilton). I just haven't gotton aroung to it. Now I will have to, LOL!!

Glori,
Sounds like a cute, delightful story. I'm looking forward to reading it. Thanks.

Good choice! Love demons in books and I don't find many so I'm excited about this one. I've seen it recommended here on GoodReads. I was able to request it from another library so I should be able to start it in Feb.
Hi Stephanie!I've been looking through your shelves, and it seems like you've enjoyed Twilight. So how about: The Host by Stephenie Meyer? I believe, it will work for you. There's no Bella or Edward, but it's a gripping story. Damn good for a debut ;)
Cheryl wrote: "Lara,I see you have read a lot of Lora Leigh and Lori Foster. I really enjoy them as well. I noted that you haven't tried Leigh's Breed series or Foster's Visitation series. Which are both great!..."
Thanks Cheryl. I can't wait to get started on it. I have seen Kresley Cole's name it seems everywhere but never tried anything of hers. I am excited to read it.
new_user...wow it was hard to pick for you because we have such similar tastes in books that most of my picks were already on your shelves! I thought for sure you would have this one on your shelf too but you don't. I really liked this series and I hope you'll enjoy it. I hope this wasn't on your shelf because you read the reviews and decided you wouldn't like it!Blood Ties Book One The Turning by Jennifer Armintrout

Tosca I hope you enjoy the book. I've enjoyed what I've read of the series. I'm finishing up the last 2 books in the February challenge.
Lots of good book suggestions :D I cant wait to get started with this :DThis challenge ended up being alot more fun then I imagined!
@Melissa: That's great, hope you enjoy it! :)@Lori: Thanks for putting such thought into it. I actually never read that one because I'm kind of wary of series with the same starring couple throughout, but if you say it's good, I'll give it a shot! ;)
Yz wrote: "I'm recommending Hell's Belles by Jackie Kessler for Jael. Since most of your books lean more towards urban fantasy, I think you will like this saucy, raunchy book about an ex-succubus on the run ..."Great Pick that definitely sounds like a book I'd enjoy, so where is the list?
Hope you will enjoy the book. The list is in the beginning of the thread. As soon as you put in your recommendation, Tricia updates the list.

Thanks for the help YZOk Kasia I looked through your shelf and it's very diverse but staying with the UF theme I saw you gave 4 stars to the Kitty books so I'm suggesting The Becoming by Jeanne C Stein
Jael wrote: "Thanks for the help YZOk Kasia I looked through..."
Nice!
Thanks Jael, I'll give it a try. I haven't heard much about it, but that's the idea, right? Ok, so this is exciting, I really like this challenge ^_^
Yeah this is alot more fun then I imagined it would be :) So I am glad others are as excited as I am!
Great job, Tricia. Looks like everybody is excited and on board. Are you creating a separate thread for discussion and feedback or are we going to stay with this thread?
wow that was fast.. :D sweet Tricia
Thanks for the recommendation, Stephanie. I picked up Full Moon Rising once before, but I never got around to reading it. I look forward to giving it another try. I've heard good things about the series.Plus it's checked in at my library, so I just have to wait for the ice storm to let up so I can go get it!
i hope u get there and back safely. and i hope u like the book :) I enjoyed it. :D
WAAH looks like I will miss out for February. I only found this group today but would love to participate. I live in Australia so sometimes I have to order books.
Dont worry Sheree we have tons of stuff going on and each one of these challenges will be a monthly thing! :D
Hi Glori,I looked through your shelf and noticed that you and I have similar tastes. I have a lot of the books you have read on my "wish list" which I haven't put here on Goodreads yet. I recommend Naked in Death by J.D. Robb for you. It is the first in her In Death series and I really enjoyed it. I hope you do as well!
For an alternate option, I recommend Twilight by Stephenie Meyer. I saw that you haven't read it yet. I loved it!
I hope one of these is suitable for you. Let me know what you think after you finish reading.
Sarah wrote: "For Amanda, I recommend Touch the Dark by Karen Chance. Your bookshelf seems to have a nice mix of fantasy and historical stories, so I think Chance's world and characters will appeal. Thanks so much, Sarah! These are perfect choices. Touch the Dark is available in my county library system and I just requested it be sent to my local branch. Karen Chance is an author I have been wanting to read for a while now. Thanks for going to the trouble of looking it up in my library system. That was very nice of you! I have a copy of When The Rest Falls Away by Colleen Gleason around here somewhere. I'm really looking forward to reading these...thanks again!

HI Amanda,
Thank you, I am very excited to try a new author. I will stop at the local library to pick up a copy. Thank you again, I am looking forward to starting a new series. I will probably read Twilight too! :-)
Glori
Yz: I dropped out of this challenge. I signed up early but decided to not do it. Can u re-assigned my pick, thanks! =)
Ack, I did not notice, I will pick up yours as everyone has already chosen and I wont be able to shuffle the names around.Unless Sheree would like to hop in your place? We can replace Kenjii's name with Sheree.
What say you Sheree?
Next time please let us know so we dont have one person left out in the cold, if you wish to drop =/
I deleted my name. I thought that was good enough. But I will update the list with a post as will. Sorry guys =) Best of fortune with your challenge!!!
Ah, yeah I didnt look for deleted posts hehe, better to post with a cancellation to let us know :)No harm done, I am sure we will work something out.
Is everything ok btw? You have been quiet lately, been worried about ya.
Yes and No. I have been reading a lot so my posting has been more lurking. But also I have been feeling a little down. So I kinda just like to keep quiet to myself ya know? I am getting my reading done though! Yay!I will post for sure if I decide not to do a challenge. Makes sense. I miss checking in often but I'll get back in the swing. Miss yall xxx.
huge hugs Kenjii... :) i hope everything is well. :D
Hey, don't let that sneaky, nasty deppression get you in its clutches. You know where to find us if you need to talk or chatter about books and what not.
Yz: I mostly sleep a lot. I feel bad about that b/c I hardly feel like I do much as is. But I get through it. Yall def. make it easier! No worries. I do LOVE my GR pals and reading the posts gives me a reason to get up and "check on" yall too. Thanks!
Kenjii,I love reading your post as well. I thought you were doing great with your tracking on the weight loss thread. I was envious.;) I hope you keep that up!! You were inspiring me to get up and get going!!
I haven't laughed as much as I have recently, before coming to goodreads. It is nice to talk with people with similar interest, and from all over the world!!
Ok Sheree has graciously accepted the open spot and will be choosing for Lori.Lara can you take a look at Sheree's TBR and rechoose?
Make sure you choose something she doesnt have on it based on her reading likes =D
Sorry for the confusion guys!
