If you like YA:

And if you prefer pnr:

The Shadow Reader by Sandy Williams is a great book and the start of what, I think, will hopefully be an amazing series.

Patricia Briggs Alpha/Omega series
Riley Jensen series
Rachel Caine's Weather Wardens
Either of Molly Harper's series. Both are really funny
Carolyn Crane's Disillusionist trilogy.
Second the Shelly Laurenston/GA Aiken. And Kenyon. They're excellent!
Carrie Vaughn's Kitty series (Kitty and the Midnight Hour)
Carrie Vaughn's Kitty series (Kitty and the Midnight Hour)Carolyn Crane's Disillusionists Trilogy (Mind Games)
Allison Pang's Abby Sinclair series (A Brush of Darkness)
Jenn Bennett's Arcadia Bell series (Kindling the moon) - so far a great series
I think Moira Moore's Heroes series is really underrated - the covers don't do the books justice (at all)
Susan Ee's Angelfall was great and hopefully will be a great series
Julie Kagawa has a couple YA series - the Iron Fey and her newest release the Immortal Rules which to me borders the YA/adult divide more so than the Fey series
More fantasy than urban fantasy, but Kristen Britain's Green riders series is great with a strong female lead
Lilith Saintcrow has two - her Danny Valentine and Jill Kisment which are a little darker and more violent. The Kismet series is a little closer to UF while Valentine is more fantasy/science fiction-ish
Kim Harrison's Hollows series (Dead Witch Walking)
Kelley Armstrong - women of the Otherworld (Bitten)
Katie McAlister's Guardian Series never fails to make me laugh. (Playing with Fire - I think, going from memory here)
Linda Robertson Persephone Alcmedi series (Vicious Circle)
Jennifer Rardiin's Jazz Parks - kinda like James Bond meets vampire
Gail Carriger's Soulless Series - steampunk fun with vamps and weres
Have you read Karen Chance's Dorina Basarab series - also very good if you liked Cassie Palmer
Senan Mcguire's October Daye series (Rosemary and Rue)
Cheers
 How about:
How about:-The Riley Jensen series, Guardian Set: Full Moon Rising / Kissing Sin / Tempting Evil / Embraced by Darkness
-Diana Gabaldon's Outlander Series Outlander
-Gena Showalter's Lords of the Underworld
-Devon Monk - Allie Beckstrom series - AWESOME!
-Jim Butcher's Dresden Files
For YA, Cassandra Clair, Meg Cabot (Mediator Series), and Kelly Armstrong's Darkest Powers series.
Thanks for the suggestions all. ..Just finished Shadow Reader, and it was fantastic. I love it when an author surprises us with a new take on the fae.

I'm glad to hear recommendations about Jane True. I'll admit I've avoided it due to not liking the cover (super crappy reason, I know) but I'll add to my TBR now.

I've honestly avoided the Jane True series because of the cover as well.

I sadly avoided because of the cover (I'm not even sure why the cover bothered me) and needless to say, I will not be a cover snob any longer!

Thoughtless is what genre?
I think it's under contemporary romance. If you're a sucker for an intense love triangle, and I mean intense ( to the point you want to throw your e-reader across the room) I suggest it. Thoughtless is being compared to Beautiful Disaster by Jamie McGuire, although Thoughtless is more for adults. I don't think it's for everyone, but I'm still thinking about the book days later... That is saying something.

I've read almost everything from your list and enjoyed them. I'm looking forward to Downside Ghosts.
I've read almost everything from your list and enjoyed them. I'm looking forward to Downside Ghosts.Heartily Agree on these listed above. I have read at least some of each of the following series. If a new book in each were released today, I would probably read them in this order. Probably some of this is because of how much of each series is available and how much I have already read.
- Everything Molly Harper (Current favorite series)
- Harry Dresden (Read within first week of release)
- The Hollows (Read within first week of release)
- Jane True (Last few not on audio)
- Allie Beckstrom - Crossing fingers for last two on audio. Series almost complete.
- Weather Warden Series complete.
- October Daye (Last few not on audio)
- Kitty Norville Very fun series.
- Elemental Assassin Enjoyed the first several books a lot. Getting a bit repetitive and somewhat formulaic.
- Merideth Gentry Better than Anita Blake. I'm 6 books in, will resume when series completes.
- Women of the Otherworld (These are really good, got the first several read then had to wait a year between books. Kinda stalled. That said, just "Thirteen" left.)
- Nalini Singh (Guild Hunter, Psy-Changeling) - I really enjoy these, but so many to catch up to.
- Jane Yellowrock Undecided on this. Fairly formulaic, IMO.
- Demonica Only read one, but shows promise.
Gotta add on these favorites
- Alex Craft
- Soul Screamers (YA)
- Hex Hall (YA) (Series complete?)
- Temeraire (probably more fantasy than UF)
- Nightside Series complete (12 books)
- Harper Connelly I wish Charlaine Harris would return to this. Series Complete... but somewhat left hanging IIRC.
- Grimnoire - Enjoyed first book. Haven't started second.
Scrolling through the responses above I keep thinking... "Ooooh, I liked that one" and "I've gotta read that one". Unfortunately my to-read shelves are ridiculously long. :-)
Definitely PNR, but funny, raunchy, and OTT, Shelly Laurenston's Pack and Pride series-seriously alpha females teamed up with alpha males. She also writes dragon shifters under the name G.A. Aiken.

Hi! Two recommendations that I haven't seen anyone else say yet:
Hi! Two recommendations that I haven't seen anyone else say yet:I really enjoyed Daughter of Smoke and Bone by Laini Taylor. Had an interesting twist to it that I didn't see coming. Sequel is forthcoming, I believe, but not sure when.
Also, Kevin Hearne's druid series, starting with Hounded, are hilarious, a lot of action that flows, with great dialogue. There are four in the series so far.
If you like magic, give Jim Butcher's Harry Dresden books a try. For a great balance between humor and zombies, I'd go with Jesse Petersen's Married with Zombies. If you like vampires that don't sparkle, try Chris Farnsworth's President's Vampire series. I recently finished the first book in the series, Blood Oath, and can't wait to start the second one.
