I agree completely it just does my head in, never a good thing in a male lead. Oh and Patch is the love interest in the 'Hush,Hush' series, he gets on my nerve with his fake bad boyness, i mean there is badass and then there is just acting like a tosser you know? xxx

Clearly your misunderstanding the real term "emo". The emo's your talking about are indead idiotic posers who are craving attention to the point where they're dragging their knees on pavement but the real term of emo means to be sensitive or emotional towards something/someone. Lots of people are "emo" in that sense, and there's nothing wrong with that.

I do know the technical term but the way all the people use it is not in the serious sense, i would never call someone with actual emotional issues, its just the people who, like you said, do it for attention that i cant stand xxx

In the book, I pictured him as having a slight tint of copper/bronze in his hair color, nothing red or anything like that. Had the color not been mentioned, and many times at that, I would have pictured him to have dark hair. Because that's what you think when it comes to someone mysterious, and dark and brooding in anything, you picture them with dark hair, not anything light.

I prefer his bronze color hair becuse it stick out in a crowd more and his with the vampire pale skin
it really stick and in the history red head were thought to be more supernatural connection then any other hair color read in the paranormal and humen sense novel and it more arrears
