Combined all three editions (2 ebooks with different ISBNs, and the Kindle edition).

Can you also ask the author if the B&N edition (ISBN 2940012780669) and Kindle edition (ASIN B005D7U9WY) should have the same cover as ISBN 9781452474144? If so, you or one of us can get those attached for her. :)

They are the same, she is curious if it is to link Kharma to the B&N website or just upload the cover.. because it is not on sale over there. Please clarify? Thank you

It is just to upload the cover so the edition has all data but

it was at some point in time for sale on BN as it imported from them a year or so ago with the Barnes and Noble ID. We do not remove books a that are no longer available.
