My name keeps changing?

I've had this problem once before, but someone here fixed it. My name is appearing as Riley Amber Riley, and it should just be Amber Riley.

I don't understand how or why it keeps going back to the wrong one? Is there a way to make sure it doesn't do it again?

Can someone please tell me how to fix it so it reads Amber Riley?

Fixed, there where 2 editions out of the 4 that had been added with the Riley Amber Riley.

Some one who has now left added it for some reason.
