Half the year has already gone by!
How many and which Aussie novels have you read so far? Any favorites?

So far I have read 9 Aussie novels!

Pan's Whisper is my favorite out of that bunch. :)

~Tina~ I've only read four so far =(

The Brides of Rollrock Island by Margo Lanagan Embrace (The Violet Eden Chapters, #1) by Jessica Shirvington Pan's Whisper by Sue Lawson and Shooting Stars by Allison Rushby

Good news is that I'm borrowing a bunch of Aussie books, so I should make it;-)

Joy (joyous reads) | 1 comments I've read 7 - two more than I'd originally planned. Go me! :)

message 5: by Janina (new)

Janina (janina_reads) I have read exactly five - which means I'm on track (planning to read ten).

The Gorgon in the Gully by Melina Marchetta The Life and Times of Gracie Faltrain (Gracie Faltrain, #1) by Cath Crowley Shooting Stars by Allison Rushby Fury by Shirley Marr Raincheck on Timbuktu by Kirsten Murphy

Aside from Shooting Stars, I enjoyed all of those, but none of them is a favourite. Hopefully, the second half of the will bring even better books (QUINTANA!!).

oliviasbooks | 35 comments I am doing well, too: I have read six out of eight. Maybe I can even rise my goal and try to finish ten:
Preloved by Shirley Marr Slice Juicy Moments from My Impossible Life by Steven Herrick Pan's Whisper by Sue Lawson Gracie Faltrain Takes Control (Gracie Faltrain, #2) by Cath Crowley The Life and Times of Gracie Faltrain (Gracie Faltrain, #1) by Cath Crowley Shadows (The Rephaim, #1) by Paula Weston

oliviasbooks | 35 comments Alexa, I am with you: Pan's Whisper has been lovely. But my favorite so far has been the first Gracie Faltrain book. Plus I loved Paula Weston's debut.

Arlene (arlenes) I've read two so far, but August will be my Aussie month. I have a bunch on their way from Fishpondworld and I got myself hooked up with HarperCollins Austrailia. Don't ask how I did it, it was a bunch of furious button pressing on my iPad, emails back and forth to the Aussie tech, downloading some Bluefire Reader app, authorizing my device, donating a pint of my blood, etc, etc. and thank Aussie heavens I can now purchse their eBooks. Where there's a will, there's a way. LOL

Here is what I've accompished so far:
A Straight Line To My Heart by Bill Condon Pan's Whisper by Sue Lawson
