Hi,

The author didn't have a part in the selection process at all. It was all me and I chose the reviewers based on how many books they had (more than two out),reviewers who have reviewed for us before,If they have reviews that they still needed to turn in,and since this was a special release (meaning the book just came out,Joe wasn't scheduled on a RI&R day, and their were limited copies) and I didn't want just "anybody" signing up who just wants to put their name first knowing they have books that they still need to review which did happen. I did take all of these things into consideration and I believe that my selection was fair.

I still would like to thank everyone who signed up! Their are plenty books to go around so no worries :D

I dunno if H.D.Gordan is checking out this thread, but I would rather write it here than in my review. (view spoiler)[So at 55% of the book on my kindle reader, in the section about Mina taking the boys to the carnival. It says the little boy's name is Daniel and earlier in the book and later in the book it said it was Davis. So I am thinking just an editing error or whatever, but I thought I would point this out. Here is the sentence "She and Russ watched Daniel as he chose a lion's back to sit on,...." (hide spoiler)]

I noticed it as well, but forgot to mention it. It's page 112 in my epub copy. (view spoiler)["She consented to let him [Davis] go with them on the condition that he meet her at the Ferris wheel in two hours. She and Russ watched Daniel Dominic as he chose a lion's back to sit on..." [I assume this is on the carrousel, so it should be Dominic?] (hide spoiler)]

Just as a sidenote: I didn't mention it in my review, since I was warned beforehand that there were a few 'problems' with the file (such as chapters not starting on a new page each time), but apart from the typo about Daniel mentioned in a previous post, I also noticed a couple of endings missing in some sentences. I don't know if they're truly missing, of if it's due to a formatting problem.

I didn't bookmark them, so I can't tell where exactly they were, but they're little things, such as a dialogue line ending in, for instance, "...Michael rep-" (where you'd expect 'replied', but the last part of the word doesn't appear on the line below). So I can't be sure if anything else is missing from those endings.
