Book not published yet, author inactive

This question is about Submerge.

It says that is has been published in 2011, and it has some 8 ratings. Yet it isn't published as of now. The author's blog has been deleted as well.

I don't know if this book will come out someday, but it isn't yet, and should at least not be catalogued as published.

What do you think?
