Anna Neal | 66 comments So, I just finished playing a video game that Candy recommended to me in the very long "female gamers" thread. She recommended "Enslaved" as a game that has a hint of romance.

I just wanted to recommend this game to anyone here who wants to play a good plot driven adventure game with a pinch of romance.

You play as the male character (monkey) and the female character (trip) has enslaved you.
There are puzzles and jumping around like Tomb Raider and fighting and upgrades. The game had a few moments of bugginess but that was my only complaint. I thought it was fun and a good example of what I would like to see more of in games; fun, plot driven games with romance.

If anyone else has finished the game.

I think I've looked at this game about a million times in GameStop, I may have to pick it up now! haha

Not that I don't have enough other games to finish... :x

Lol, I remember standing up in rage at that floaty board many times.

I'm reviving this thread because I finally bought and played Enslaved.

I had a lot of fun with it but I thought it really short. I'll definitely be playing through again to get all the orbs and masks and such, but I was hoping for more story!

I also agree with Anna's spoiler in the OP. I was hoping for more of a resolution to the relationship.

Has anyone played the Pigsy DLC? I'm debating it, but I'm not sure if I want to buy it or not!

I've been slowly playing through the main story. I've also been wondering about Pigsy!

Anna Neal | 66 comments I wonder why the creators of the game chose to end it the way they did. (view spoiler)

I wish game creators would add emotions and romance like this to more games. I wonder why they don't. Maybe it is just a target audience vs sales type of thing.

I do have this game, but I only just got round to getting Skyrim which I got half price :D and im really into it. I dont think I'll have time to play it, Guildwars will be out in like 2 3 weeks, and will have my hands full with that.

Kamil | 938 comments I once watched a trailer from the early stage of the game and it didn't impress me but probably I should give it a go

Laura (lorcoops) | 22 comments I just wanted to hop on here and say thanks. I bought this on your recommendations and so far I'm loving it - a really nice plot driven game and the romance elements so far have been lovely.
Thanks for the heads up!
