Game: Pick one
garlic mashed potatoes or roasted red pepper potatoes are both great. knowing no other details, would you rather have your new next door neighbor be a convicted murderer just released from prison or a convicted sex offender?
unwed mother - If mamma' ain't happy, ain't nobody happy!Late for work - lie and make and excuse or tell the truth (I was on GR's before I left)
Tell the truth. The boss doesn't care as long as we get the job done.gun shot wound - bleed to death or die of infection
infection of course. Then I could write a nice note to my family and tell them all about my other family in Nebraska (just kidding folks). I could write a note to the police telling them who shot me!Bigger apartment you rent or a smaller house you own>?
Bulimia - "It is better to have eaten and lost, than to have never eaten at all." - Alfred Lord Tenderloinrealism or impressionism
Saint Bernards. They're huge but don't look so mean.Lead from a castle and be a queen or lead as a warrior and be a servant
M/F novels? Since I haven't read any F/F, I'll have to say M/M.Artistic nudes as decorations: know the subject or not?
Since I liked this thread and apparently am responsible for it's demise, I'll answer my own question and pose another.I prefer not to know the subject of decorative nudes. I have a friend who has two large (16in x20in without the frame) photos hanging in her house that are very attractive nudes. This normally wouldn't bother me but they are of my friend. I asked her husband about having the pics up. He said it was an 'awful lot of naked' and would probably rather have something else up but his wife was pretty proud of the pics. He said the only time he takes them down are when his mother comes to visit. He leaves the other two nudes (not his wife) exactly where they are though. I have another friend with a series of shots of his wife on the wall in their home. Those never bothered me in the least. Maybe because she and I only know each other casually and I'm much more objective when looking at the pics.
Getting lost, which is worse - strange city alone with no cell phone or in the woods with a friend?
I am more at home in the outdoors (woods) so I would say lost in a strange city is worse. I don't care for large cities.Money or Love?
I think this is sort of strange being an avid romance reader but give me the money! Love won't buy me a pink diesel duelie.Jayne Ann Krentz or Nora Roberts
Nora Roberts all the way. In all honesty, I have never read a Jayne Ann Krentz novel but I didn't care for two Amanda Quick books that I tried to read.Alternative Rock or Country
Alternative Rock all the way! BTW, Cage the Elephant suck in concert but great CD.apples or oranges?
For a nice romantic trail ride where I get to be all manly and *stuff* and pack a lunch in saddlebags - definitely a horse. For adrenaline pumping action and risking of life and limb - ATV. Overall I'd say horse someone else curries.radio or self made play-lists?
White wine. Either way, wine tends to give me a headache. So whiskey would be the real answer.Prime Rib or Lobster tail?
What venue and settings? Winter and below freezing? Treadmill wins hands down. First gorgeous spring day when all the lovely co-eds who have been bundled for months go outside to tan in bikinis? (or for the sake of the fairer sex - all the landscapers are out working shirtless in cutoff shorts and construction boots while a trickle of sweat slowly makes its way down a tan and well muscled chest to disappear behind a very low slung belt?) Probably I'd still pick treadmill as I'd keep running into things with all the 'distractions'.Victoria's Sectret or JC Penny for underwear shopping?
American Pie. I really liked the first three, but now they aren't quite as good. When sick if you had to do one - Puke or 'The runs'?
Ice Cream all the way baby!hero/heroine who are apart for years because of a miscommunication (stupid plot usually) or because one of them cheated (usually more realistic plot but more flawed characters)
