To do this, go to the homepage for What's the Name of That Book. To the right of the words "Discussion Board" you can see option "new" to start a new thread or post. Give the topic a descriptive title, select "Unsolved" as the folder, and copy your post above into the comment section. Then people will see your inquiry and be able to respond. If you leave it here, they'll only see it if they happen to click on my directions post.
We have a new bookshelf for books that have been solved more than once. Check out http://www.goodreads.com/group/booksh... in case your book has already been lost'n'found!

For the best results please include the following information when looking for a book.
Topic: Include Genre, Important Details (Please don't put spoilers in the topic! Also, don't put "Can't remember this book" as the topic!)
Folder: Unsolved: this is where you'll get the maximum number of people helping you out.
Comment: Include probable date of publication; specific details; a warning if there is a major spoiler. Note: telling us you were in 4th grade doesn't help unless we know WHEN you were in 4th grade.
Additional info: it is your responsibility to monitor this thread for replies. Also, check the box under the comment box if you want to be emailed when people reply. That's the only way you'll receive notifications.
