Zakiya LadyWings (zladywings) I realize that some of you might have already set aside books for next week, and that's perfectly fine. These challenges aren't mandatory at all, just another way to have some fun.

Post below with what challenges you're going to try to finish, and update that same post when you finish the challenge. (Letting us know how far you are in your challenge in a new post is fine, but don't post the entire challenge again.)

1. Read a book that starts with the letter J, or read a book with an author that has J as an initial.
2. Read a book that takes place during the summer.
3. Pick one book you read in 2012 that you really enjoyed. Take note of the author's initials; read a book that has those two letters in the title. (You may use subtitles.)

Amanda K (thebookishbee) | 21 comments My book for the J challenge is Forgiven. I chose it because it's on my list of ten and the author's first name starts with a J. =D

Zakiya LadyWings (zladywings) I've never read any of that series, but it looks really good!

Hollie | 7 comments My book for the J challenge is going to be Intangible. I'm really excited to get to it! I'm not sure about the other two challenges yet, it depends on how quickly I get through the first three that I've already chosen!

Zakiya LadyWings (zladywings) Sadly I didn't finish either of the challenges this month, which doesn't surprise me being that I barely even read anything. Oh well, there's always next month! :)

Zakiya LadyWings (zladywings) I thought about it, and since we didn't really do all of the challenges during the week, these will be monthly challenges. So you can aim to finish them during the Weekend RAT if you want :)
