Ya, movie was a let-down. Depressed me.
And was just ridiculous. Why make a movie about a children's book that had like, three sentences in it?
I KNOW. I mean, the book was a good idea. And I can see why they expanded on it so much, and why they did it the way they did. Lots of shadowing and metaphorical stuff. But why make it SO depressing?
