I hate shopping.

No you don't, Emily. I hear you whine and complain just as much as Nick and I.

I could book shop all day, if I had the money. :P

Me too! If I had the time as well. My mom always rushes me when I'm in a bookstore. When I live on my own and when I have time off from work or whatever, I'll spend a whole day in a bookstore, either reading or shopping. :P

YES. Every time I think life will take a whip to me, I remember that there will always be bookstores.
Sorry I wasn't on. I had to leave for Easter. -.-

That's a good motto. I should remember that.
That's fine. Where'd you go? :)
So, bad news. My grandfather died yesterday morning.

My aunts. My parents were arguing their hearts out all weekend so I as the amazing babysitting peacekeeper.
Oh God. I'm so sorry. The weekend must have been pretty dark at your house. Is your mum doing alright? It goes without saying that you've had a tragedy, but you're holding up? I really, really, feel for you. :'( *hug*

Hah, it seems the oldest child always is made to be in charge of the younger siblings. Of course, I was the youngest in a family of five, but I sometimes even ended up taking care of the animals or even my older brothers. XD
I'm fine. I was never really connected to my grandparents because they lived so far away. We only saw them once a year. I'm mostly worried about my mom. She did everything with her father and she's really taking it hard.
Thanks. *hugs back*

I'm also the eldest of all my cousins. Family reunions are like massive babysitting parties where I don't get paid.
Aw, yeah, your poor mum. I can't imagine... Well, I can, if I imagine cancer claiming my dad. It's an awful thought. Hug her lots. :P

BUT THEN I GOT SHOT BY IRON MAN WHILE BRUCE BANNER AND MY BEST FRIEND WERE WATCHING.
IT WAS FANTASTIC.

But yeah, how've you been doing?

I'm fine. My nightmares are alright. My last one was a couple nights ago. It's all been dead people and zombies. I was hiding in this mound of sacks, and then then started to move, because there were zombies inside. I could feel them biting me through the material, their hands trying to grab me... Dead families in rowboats or stuffed into closets. But now they're good. :)
I've been having health concerns and stuff. But I went to the doctor, and came out crying. I was so happy I wasn't sick, and that I'd be safe. It was surprising. Both my mum and I were startled by my reaction.
You? Any big news you want to share? :)

That's so great! I'm so happy for you, Celine. :D I'm glad you're not sick.
Hmm...oh, my brother is graduating college tomorrow and I finished up my schoolwork today. I won't be doing any schoolwork until the end of summer. :)

CRAP ME TOO. XD
Seriously?! Already?! I go for a while still, I think... My mum likes to surprise me. -.-
College, eh? Sweet. What did he study?

=^.^=
Yeah, just finished up the last tests today. ^^' I finish whenever I finish up all my textbooks (i.e. algebra and biology were the only ones I needed to finish) and after I complete the homeschool tests that we have to send in to people who will grade it and send back my scores to see how I did this year. The tests are always really, really easy though.
He majored in History. *braces self for endless laughter and teasing*

... You run by a different system than me. I don't have tests. My mum doesn't grade me either, neither does the government (although I wish she would). I sometimes organize tests for myself. I pretty much teach myself. My mum assigns me stuff, and I teach myself.
Oh. I see. History is cool. Poor guy, to have you teasing him. XD

Hey, that's cool, that you're able to teach yourself. We order all the curriculum that the government makes us have and we have to have some kind of representation that I've been learning shit instead of slacking off. But we pick our own books to read for school and I do it on my own time, like you. So I usually finish before public schoolers since the public school system in most places is so goddamn slow. That's one of the many reasons my mom brought me into homeschooling.
Oh, honey, our whole family teases him. XP You can't do much with a history degree. Then again, I'm hoping to major in English because the college my brother went to and I hope to go to has creative writing and literature majors that I really want to do. Again, I'll probably get teased too since you can't do much with an English major.

Yeah. I like it. Oh, so you do order the curriculum! I was wondering. I'm going to do the curriculum next year. :) But I dunno... I jump around grades so much... I do 9/10 math, 11 english, 8/9 science, etc. If I do the curriculum, I'd have to stay in 10, no?
LOL! That's what my parents told me when I said I wanted to get a degree in art. They said I should try it, but not... Do it. Haha. Instead I'm going to do sciences (microbiology, chemisty, etc) and then dabble in the arts if I can. I want to take a full course load, if not more. :P I bet you'd do good in English. I should take English too, if just to back me up.
