Need Help Adding Book Cover

Hello, all. I just added my book information to Goodreads. Unfortunately, I forgot to upload the cover and now I can't go back and do it because it says the book and the AISN number has already been used and the book is already on Goodreads. I need to add the cover. Can anyone help? Here's the cover:

It definitely didn't come from Amazon; we're not legally allowed to use Amazon/bookseller data. ;)
