Lynette | 9 comments I've read most of those books and liked them too. So, I feel okay about recommending these to you. They are all the first book in a series.

Matched - Ally Condie
My Fair Godmother - Janette Rallison
Aurelia - Anne Osterlund
Divergent - Veronica Roth

Hope that helps.

Patricia Costa Viglucci (patcostaviglucci) | 52 comments Hi, may I recommend my own YA "Beware the Ghost Riders!" There is a lot of suspense as Justin helps search for a distant cousin, missing in the U.K. There's also a bit of romance as he discovers that Davey, the missing cousin's niece, who helps in the search is not the snippety prig she seems to be at the outset. Add to this the sighting of horse soldiers from 80 A.D. near Buxton, Derbyshire, once a Roman spa and now a contemporary tourist spot.

Olivia | 18 comments Thank you I appreciate all recommendations whether it's your own or not. I'll read anything that is adventurous or thrilling and that sounds like both, so I'm looking forward to the read. Thanks again.

Tracey (stewartry) I have to recommend a galley I just finished - not coming out till September, but worth the wait, because it was terrific: Unspoken The Lynburn Legacy 1. It was suspenseful and funny (laugh-out-loud) and ... just wonderful.

Hi, i'm new to the page but saw your post and wnated to reccomend a few books and authors because i've read a majority of the books you mentioned: THE AGENCY (!)by Y.S. Lee; and Janette Rallison has some of the funniest 'chick flick' books that may start off a bit 'unlikeable in the beginning but develop quite nicely ( i recommend 'Fame, Glory, And other things on my to-do list')

I write books that fall into this category. They are clean, YA fiction.

The Foxfire Chronicles series is YA Scifi/Fantasy, character-centrific, and somewhat dark, but fun.

The first book: http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/12...

I also have a two part Fantasy duo coming out soon.

Hope you enjoy! Happy reading!

D.D. Chant (DDChant) | 188 comments Is it okay if I suggest one of mine???

Broken City is set in the near future after an apocalypse and tells the story of Deeta a young woman born after the world went crazy, and Tom her best friend. But Tom is keeping secrets and not everything is as it seems.......does Deeta really know Tom at all????

It's a clean romance: I let my Dad, Grandmother, Aunts, Mother, Sister and 10 year old cousin read it!!!

If you're interested I can give you a free copy through Smashwords.

If you're not interested I'm sorry for bothering you!

Donna (morethanareview) | 10 comments I recommend any of Rachel Van Dyken's books and Leah Sanders books. They are authors with Astraea Press and write clean romance. I just started The Trouble with Charlie by another author with Astraea.
You can check out my website for a full review of them.
