However, authors are usually listed as per the cover.
When a book is recently added, how can I get a librarian to help input the author's information, book cover, etc? For example, ALLOWING Your Success by Terez Hartmann... here's the Barnes & Noble link http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/allow...

Links to author sites, blogs, and publisher sites are all good.

I have the links to the author's bio info on her web site and the publisher site for info on the book and photos. In the future, what's the best way to put this info "out there" so someone can put it IN, since I cannot put it in...?In this case, the author's site (for bio) is http://allowingyoursuccess.com/about_...

Re 5: "Kat Lee" should be the author; a note and link on her author page can connect the pseudonym to the "real" author's page. For us to add the book (if you don't want to try it yourself), we need you to provide:* Title
* Author(s) name(s)
* ISBN (or ASIN)
* Publisher
* Publication date
* Format
* Description
* Link to cover on a NON-BOOKSELLER site, such as a publisher site, an author site, etc. No Amazon, B&N, or other bookseller links can be used as sources for covers or other book data.
"Kat lee" is not the author of the book I am talking about.
Re 6: Cover uploaded. As for the author bio, I'm not as familiar as I'd like to be with what is and isn't legal to use biographically (especially when it comes to images), so I'll leave that to someone else.As far as what's the best way to get the information put in, a thread here in the librarian group listing what information needs to be added where (with links to the where) is best.

Hi, I just joined Good Reads and am loving it! However I have four books which I'd like to advertise and was disappointed to find incomplete info here on three, and no info on the fourth. I can provide all the information necessary to update the files on this site, but am not allowed to edit my own books - I understand I need to be a librarian to do that, and need 50 books before I can become one. Is there a librarian who can do this for me, please? I'd be very grateful!

Judy, the best way is to start a new thread in the "add a book" or "book issues" folders with the information that needs to be updated and added. There are lots of librarians here who can help!

So my big question is about the author. It is listed as Kat Lee but is just Elle Casey pen name. So what is the protocol for that?
