Sorry, Paula, I should have done that to begin with! The book is here:
Sins of the Angels
Not sure what you mean by user configurable...?
Thanks!
Linda

The book is available in all online bookstores, Vicky -- and all the buttons work for the second in the series. I'm thinking gremlins... ;)

My default links are B&N (that's a default for everyone), which works for that book, Google Books (which works), and WorldCat (which also works). Amazon works too.

Each user can set which links appear for them and in what order they appear.
And as for Message 3, she means that if you use the Barnes and Noble link (just as an example) on the Kindle edition's page, nothing will come up because Kindle ASINs only pertain to the Amazon system.

B&N: http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/face-...
Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Face-The-Music-...
Smashwords: https://www.smashwords.com/books/view...
Except for Smashwords, those sites won't find it when searching by that ISBN. Two other editions -- one with the Kindle's ASIN and one with the B&N pseudo-ISBN13 staring with 294 -- should be created and combined with the existing edition.
You clearly know how to add a book manually, so go ahead and add those two. Then either post here to request the editions be combined, or claim your author profile and do the combine yourself.

I'll look at the others, but it's probably the same situation.
rivka beat me to it. ;)

Amazon: (ASIN: B008C9YSQI)
B&N: 2940014721059
Thank you, SO much! I really appreciate your help

thanks for helping me work through this!

ETA: Done. You can find all editions of your book here."
The B&N link will only work from the edition with the B&N ID, and similarly for the Kindle edition.

I'm trying to figure out how to add the Amazon link to my novel, Jilly-Bean. The print version is soon to be released. The novel will be available at all other retail sites (B&N, Kobo, Sony,...) Aug 1. The link to the book is here:
http://www.amazon.com/Jilly-Bean-eboo...

There where two editions using the same ISBN13 - (one truncated in the ISBN 10 field).
With one edition using the ASIN in the ISBN13 field. I have converted one of the editions to be the correct kindle edition with ASIN. That will link to amazon if the amazon buy link is used.
The other edition is using ISBN 9780988032705 and is set up as an ebook.
Do you have an ISBN for the paperback?

Thank-you for your prompt response. There really should only be one edition in ebook format. I obviously did something wrong when I uploaded the title. The print version should be out by the end of July and the ISBN number is: 978-0-9880327-1-2

Please be aware that the buy links are cusomisable by each user not by book or author. So the only one that works for linking to Amazon is the edition with the ASIN.
The books with ISBN will be found if the user has setup a link to a bookstore that is selling that edition.
If Barnes and Noble pick up the book then you will need to add a new ebook edition with the BNID starting with 249
Thanks!
