I agree - waiting for the next book in a series to release is always horrible (especially if the one you read ended with a cliff-hanger!).

This is my first read by this author. The story kind of reminds me a little bit of The Messenger by Siri Mitchell. I'm only 30 pages into it, but I like the spy/intrigue aspect so far. There isn't a lot of (if any) romance yet, but I have a feeling it's coming up. :) I like finding new authors too. :)

Melanie, yeah it was a little disappointing, a little more closure would have been nice. This was the first series I've read by Ted Dekker and I look forward to reading more of his books in the future!

I've read a lot of Ted Dekker's books. I think it's really cool how he connects most of his books/series together.
