I have since found the edition you probably mean by looking at your profile, but Amazon doesn't have a cover for this book, so you will need to provide us with one.

The cover is from the Smashwords epub edition, however my book doesn't have an ISBN. Also, can you add the # of pages for it: 132.

Cover seems to belong to a different edition. (ISBNs of cover and linked book do not match).

Goodreads policy is to keep all editions, even out-of-print ones. If this image is of a new edition, we have to add a new edition.

Adlibtris.com appears to be a bookseller, and with the exception of Amazon, Goodreads cannot use booksellers as a source for covers and other book data. Acceptable sources include author and publisher websites, library sites, and various other public archives, or scans and photos made by Goodreads users.

Hi Lexxie,

What usually happens in these sorts of instances is that an alternative-cover edition is added - no cover is ever changed on an already published book.

One thing I just noticed was that the Kindle edition was listed with the 10-digit ISBN of the edition that you linked to, so the first thing I've done is corrected this.

Also, the new versions of the paperback & Kindle editions have been added, with a librarian's note and combined with the other books:

If the author wants to set the new cover as the default edition, the instructions are here.

It might also be good to advise them to post any requests themselves in future, rather than contacting librarians directly, as I've heard of librarians who have lost priviledges for updating the wrong thing because of such author requests - authors can use it as a way to bypass the rules!

I actually proposed to the author to help her to add another cover, as I have participated in the cover reveal. But I would not changed it - I know that nothing is supposed to ever be deleted from any books.
