Unable to add metadata

I manually uploaded this book, but am unable to enter any metadata for it. What have I done wrong?

You should be able to add and edit metadata when you put the book to your shelf, expand the options and then click on "edit book metadata" in the lower right corner. It's not possible to edit metadata on the page you indicated, because there is no metadata yet.
