Ah, so maybe that's it. I don't have that, so I can't follow... maybe I just need a list, then, so I can check on you all from time to time. I have followed all the Wordpress ones. If I solve the dilemma I'll let you know!

The Way of Nacor (Tales of Eden, #1) by Jeff W. Horton

Hello everyone! My name is Jeff W. Horton.

I'm also looking for some more reviews for The Way of Nacor, and I could also use some help spreading the word about it, particularly to YA and juvenile readers. I'd be happy to provide an eBook in exchange for a fair, and hopefully positive review!

The Way of Nacor is my attempt at a story on par with Chronicles of Narnia, mixed in with a little Sci-Fi and a little Pilgrim's Progress.

Here is a review of the on the Michigan Avenue Media Book Reviews website.

I hope you'll take a look and share!

English (english_lady) | 26 comments My Blog is dedicated to Christian Historical Fiction, with some emphasis on the that set in the Medieval Period. It can be visited here http://crossromance.blogspot.com . I share book reviews, and also 'musings' (or rantings) which are generally on the general subject of the above, and hope to get a few more interviews or 'conversations' up soon.

A little bit about me: I am a student of Medieval History ( I could say Medievalist), so I suppose I know more about this period of history than some other periods (though there is a lot I don't know) and this may be one of the reasons why a like novels set in this period!

I am also British, which might (or might not) be relevant considering that most Christian Historical Fiction seems to be written by Americans. So hopefully I can provide a 'British' perspective on books written by Americans but set in Auld England- or Scotland.

Carole Jarvis I am new at writing book reviews and blogging, but I love to read so much that I wanted to try it. Writing doesn't come easily to me, but hopefully I'll improve with experience. And it seems like a good way to support authors.

I need to increase my following and would appreciate any of you who would like to join. Suggestions are also welcome! Here's the link:

Brad Francis | 11 comments Carole wrote: "And it seems like a good way to support authors..."

It can be a *great* way to support authors. I looked at your site and it seems like I recognized most of the authors there. I'm clearly biased, but I think it'd be nice if you found some Christian indie authors in genres you enjoy to slip in amongst the Big Names from time to time. Most of us would gladly send you a free review copy of our books if you wanted to review them on your blog (also posting your review on Goodreads and Amazon helps the authors out a lot too). You can find a lot of indie Christian authors at www.Christianindieauthors.com and here's an Amazon list with a lot of independent books too: http://preview.tinyurl.com/btdljrl

I hope you enjoy blogging!

Carole Jarvis Brad wrote: "I think it'd be nice if you found some Christian indie authors in genres you enjoy to slip in amongst the Big Names from time to time."

Brad, I appreciate your thoughts and that's an excellent point. I have nothing against reading indie authors; it's just that there's so many books out there that I've had a hard time finding books in the genres that I like. It always seemed like the indie market was flooded with suspense, fantasy, sci-fi, etc. - none of which I would read. My favorite genre is probably relationship drama, and the author website you mentioned helped. I actually have a couple of books by Darlene Shortridge.

I've also enjoyed books by Cathy Bryant, who isn't listed on the indie website. But that was way before I started doing reviews.

Carole Jarvis Thank you, Brittany...I'm one of your followers also. Your blog looks very good.

Like you, I'm very new at this. I did some research online about how to write a fiction review and I'm learning new things about blog layout every day. Christian reviewers seem to have a great network and are eager to help each other. We share a love for the Lord and the enjoyment of reading - what could be better?!
