Combining gone wrong

I was on Broadman Holman Publishers author page combining obvious Bible editions. Then Broadman Holman Publishers dissappeared as an author.
Broadman Holman Publishers had been renamed to Anonymous. I have looked through my edit history to see if anything was there. I am not sure what happened. But now all Broadman Holman Publishers is mixed in with Anonymous. Please tell me if I have done something that caused this.

Bibles are listed as per GR policy under the author Anonymous. (There is no need to list the publisher in an author slot.

I combined the publisher to anonymous

Although the same "editions" should be combined i.e. NKJV
