A couple of additional questions:
1. What's the format of this edition (ebook, paperback, etc.)?
2. Is this the same Joe Ferry who wrote the book Rob Reiner?

1. This is the paperback edition.
2. No - not the same Joe Ferry.
The eBook was published by BookBaby and its ISBN is 1470091992.

The Joe Ferry author profile has been set to Joe^^Ferry, where ^ is a space, to distinguish it from the other author by that name. You can see it here:

and you can use this link if you want to join the GR Authors program:

If you'd rather not join the program, we can fill in a bio for you.
I've created the ebook here:
http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/15...
Can you let me know if the publication date and cover are the same as the paperback?
Also, the ISBN you gave is the same as the paperback ISBN; we can only put an ISBN on a single edition, so if the paperback and the ebook are sharing the 1470091992/9781470091996 ISBN then we can assign it directly to one edition and manually mark the other edition as an alternate.
On a final note, while GR is legally barred from taking information directly from booksellers' websites such as Amazon or Barnes&Noble, there's nothing wrong with me mentioning that I checked those websites and I do also see Kindle and Nook editions with distinct ASIN (for Kindle) and ISBN (for Nook) identifiers. If you as the author/author's representative were to officially request it, we could list those editions as well based on the information you provide. :)
Here is the information:
