I just clicked in the one from the previous broadcast and it worked fine. Don't worry, I think most of us are smart enough to do that (or find the polls the hard way). Its dedication or ingenuity that'll be rewarded this month. :P

The last time I forgot the link I got a snarky message from someone (not a regular active member, but someone who always votes on the polls). A "How am I supposed to see what books are in the polls if I do not know how to find the polls!" type message.
They are out there, waiting to scold me. :D
Of course, when I did send out a second broadcast with the link on that previous occasion I got a really bitchy message from a complete stranger telling me they were leaving the group because I was sending too many messages.
Its lose lose really.

Oh good grief! Can't please all of the people all of the time, I guess {sigh]
Well, you know if its someone that always votes on the poll but never reads any of the group reads then even if they miss voting on one poll its not like it'll have any effect on their life anyway. And its not like you need that one complete stranger anyway. You just let it roll off ya because from what I can tell your regulars are generally very happy. ;)

Tell them to bugger off. :p
Well, I have this strange thing in me that makes me want to keep everybody happy if I can. :) Even those I haven't officially met yet. LOL. But its true. If they aren't active in the group and they want to be irritable over little things like an extra message or a missing link, then they need to get over themselves. :)
I've been wandering around GR looking for a good Fantasy group. I've tried several ones - and I'm still searching - and it's all Terri fault, because we are terribly spoiled here. It's a tough and rude world out there!

Tell me about it. I joined a photography forum, to try and improve my photography now I have a fancy camera, and while the people are well mannered, it is bloody tough work to get somebody to talk to me! :D
You ask a question or post a photo for critique and I may as well be talking to myself.

Glad you're feeling better, Terri!

They are always fun.

This is true. But usually they're eccentric rather than rude.
I reviewed Wolf Hall on Goodreads two years ago. Hilary Mantel is not my favorite author, but I know nothing about the other book.

Will do the monthly polls tomorrow. Sorry for it being a day or two late. I am warming up from being busy on holidays with hubby. Getting back into the swing of things again.
Simona wrote: "Welcome back Terri. Good things (and persons) are worth waiting for :)"Aw, you are too sweet to me, Simona. :D
The November Polls are on the board!!!! https://www.goodreads.com/poll/list/5...(some more books for Daniel and all you others to add to his ever growing tbr. :)..)
Not long now and it will be time to vote on the books for group readers to dig into over the crazy Holiday Season. :)Was going to do it today. Got side tracked. Will do it tomorrow (Aussie time).
I feel so guilty...I have gotten caught up again. Its the weekend here and hubby and I are out doing things. Back in the house for lunch and about to go back out again.
Polls are coming! Technically, they aren't late until it turns the 8th everywhere in the world. :D
Since I try to do them on the 6th or 7th.
They are open!! :Dhttps://www.goodreads.com/poll/list/5...
Look forward to seeing what our Christmas/Yule (or holiday season if you don't celebrate Christmas or yule) reads will be.
Even though we are still in our two "Read a Group Read You Missed Months". I'll be setting the Polls on approx the 7th of Feb for our first group read of the year. The March 2015 group read!
Organising the Polls today. When I said approx the 7th, I didn't realise the 7th fell on my weekend. I can never find time to do polls on a weekend.Monday today. Poll day! :D
For anybody wanting to vote for Plague Land and only eReads. I am fairly sure it is due out on Kindle this month in all countries (English speaking) this month.
I am addicted to watching the votes on this March 2015 Ancient poll.I must log in every hour of the day to check on it!
Winners for March
I'll be reading both. They are coming home from the library with hubby this afternoon, so I'll be ready to go March 1.
