Hi Lisa, I'm in Melbourne and would love some kind of meet up.
Wow Lisa, I thought there'd be more Aussies than this. Would you like to look at. Doing a hangout at some point?
Im in rural NSW, the lovely city of Armidale.
I'm also in rural NSW, in the small town of Uralla just 20mins south of the lovely Alesha in Armidale :)
looks like there's not many of us.. maybe we can do a google hangout or something? i will need to get a new webcam though

Hi All,I am near Canberra as well! Its funny, I was wondering the same thing about how many of us were on here. With Kushiel's Dart, when I first got started reading Jacqueline Carey back in 2003 I think, I actually read the second one first, and had to send overseas to get Kushiel's Dart. Mind you, I was living in Wagga Wagga at the time. That's one of the things I love about eBooks, generally no waiting any more. Not to mention the house is no longer overflowing with books.

Some of the other local groups are having two meet ups, one for each book. What do you guys think? I was thinking that to get us started it would be easiest to have one and see how it goes.
The official VF hangout is on the 25th (which is the 26th for us) so how about the 25th at 7pm EST?
Anyway I'm just throwing ideas out so let me know.

I should be able to make 25th and 7pm, although I'm not a fan of the Kushiel book.
Hi Kirsten, in the incredibly slight chance that you were born between 2003 and 2006, I could have delivered you. Seriously doubt it. If you were, you really should not be reading these books, way to naughty for you! (Just naughty enough for me :)) Better chance if you were in born in Gosford between 1996 and 1997, or Campbelltown between 1998 and 2003. Yes, the wait to get books is such a pain. It's so amazing (and tough on the bank account) to go "Ooooh that book looks good, I think that I will get it, and 30 seconds later it's on your eReader!We do have a very good library here that exchanges between 5 different libraries, and they will order almost any book for you, particularly if it is written by an Australian author. I seem to have the right grovelling knack to get most books.

I believe I can have a total of 10 people in the hangout, but if we go over we'll just look at someone else hosting at the same time.
If you're in the circle and can't make it can you let me know (even at the last minute) so we know accurate numbers because of the above.

Thanks for a great chat Rosanna, I really enjoyed talking about the books with you and everything else we hit on. :)Okay everyone, I'm assuming that weekends are a bad time for these hangouts, but Monday's don't seem great either so I'm trying for a Wednesday night instead. Please let me know if you'd prefer a different day so we can find what best suits everyone.
So next month's Hangout is currently scheduled for Wednesday 25th of July at 7pm.
Please let us know if that doesn't work for you.
What books are planned for next month? And do you know what time the actual vaginal fantasy G+ stream is? I'm assuming some time this morning so I'll be checking on twitter but of anyone knows exactly that would be awesome.
